Atomaton War Chant Missing

In my game, I have played over 70 hours and have never heard the automaton patrols singing their war chant. I thought it was just rare until I was playing with a friend and he mentioned it, which is when I learned I just can’t hear it. I haven’t done anything weird with my audio settings, and I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I have the same issue. But it was there when I first started playing the game, and then suddenly the bot patrols stopped doing their chant. It's really frustrating because it adds so much atmosphere and now it's just not in my game anymore. I also noticed on the missions where you have to raise the flag, the music that plays while the flag raises doesn't always play. I really hope they can fix the bots not chanting glitch though.
