How to make a Manual Ticket, not the automated refund.

Sony has gone back on the linking issue, in case anyone is subbed to receive info, Thanks for your participation on this journey.


The automated Refund requests are mostly being automaticaly denied even if you do multiple requests.

Most of the people who got their refunds accepted used the following path:

Top left of Steam Page: click on the Help button > Steam Support > Purchases > Click on your Helldivers 2 option, make sure its not the microtransactions in case you've bought them > and choose "I have a question about this purchase" there you will type what happened with playstation requiring PSN account etc, make sure to explain in detail and that you would like a refund, Good Luck.

TLDR: Manual path
Top Left > Help > Steam Support > Purchases > Click helldivers 2 > "I have a question about this purchase"

I myself got a response from steam that they're investigating the issue, they havent denied the refund yet, some people got the full refund straight away, depends on who answears your ticket, but havent been outright denied, even with 125hrs+ of gameplay.

I don't even have that option of "I hava a question about this purchase" since it was gifted to me by my friend.

Tried that path and it said I had to contact either sony or AH studios or I can click the request a refund button.

Is is a key purchased somewhere else? gifted? if it was bought from steam store itself, it should give this option.

Make sure you go to Purchases instead of Games, Software, etc. and find helldivers in your purchase history, it should have the price and date you bought it on that screen. I was also confused, but yeah hope this helps!
