HELLDIVERS LASTEST UPDATE. SUPER LAG / STUTTER / CHOPPY GLITCH ISSUES, or CRASHING with BLACK SCREEN. DEVELOPERS NEED TO HELP OR ADDRESS THESE ISSUES.

It's about the third day since the newest patch,
1. Was able to start game and get onto ship, however the lag was just insane.

2. The game just wont even load onto the intro screen, its black screen with,
" steam try icon glitching out, then crashing WITHOUT ERROR REPORT.

3. I have literally tried every remedy available, as well as search for further remedies,
Yet after trying it all, from compatibility, to frame options, streams options etc etc etc.
The game remains in black screen then full crash, without error report.

4. I have even went a far as reinstalling, as well as removing possible conflicts such as,
" ms 2012 and older, and double checked antivirus software, ip-config, etc etc etc.

I understand the game is working for many, However there are tons of people,
that as facing the same issues, The Developers really need to take a proper look at this.

As of now, 50% of player i know are facing this.

Please add to this thread if you are facing the same issues,
so that we can help get this fixed.

Additional Notes,
Every other game in steam, epic, ea, xbox, are working smoothing on my system.
Which then has lead me to believe it is a problem with HellDivers Only.

Why would it suddenly get better with no new updates or patches having been released since the one that caused it?

Unplayable after last patch. Same as everyone here and in other threads, stuttery laggy mess with FPS all over the place. Ran the game great beforehand, barring some responsiveness quibbles when it came to reloading etc. Now I can't play it. Nothing has changed on my end since the patch, and everything else I have runs just fine. I was even awake when the patch hit, had been playing beforehand, took a break, downloaded the patch, then started up the game again and the change was immediate

Same issue here.

Game was running great before the patch, played a few hours every night.
Now it is unplayable.
Massive Stutter, even just on the ship.
FPS drops to 20, then up to 40, drops again... back and forth.

GTX 1070ti, 1TB NVMe HD, i7-5820 @ 3.3 Ghz, and 32GB RAM.

Like I said... game worked great before the patch.

Funny enough the problem gets progressively worse. I had maybe two missions that ran OK, and now even after restarting HD2, steam, and computer I'm getting consistent stutters even in the super destroyer. The impact to performance is absolutely insane

Same here. Did a fresh PC install and no change. I wonder if its an Intel/AMD or Nvidia/AMD issue. My PC in Intel i7-6800K with a Radeon RX 6900 XT. Installed Steam and game on m2 SSD drive.

Is there any compensation planned for such a long state of unplayability of the game, or does the player buy the game at full price, and not low, and get this attitude from the developers?
