ICMB silo hatch locks bugged

Just came from losing a round after 1 hatch of the silo got bugged. It might have something to do with the fact that I got killed while opening it. After trying again and going to the terminal, it showed one of them was still locked, but it showed all of them open on my screen. Didn't get any interaction keys either. I've failed democracy.
