Game continually minimizing

I'm running a 3070 Ti and have even turned down the graphics to low. The game simply refuses to stay on screen and, in a continuous loop, minimizes and maximizes every few seconds. What am I doing wrong?

Some known workarounds for this issue are disabling the steam overlay or disabling antialasting and screen space global illumination. Has worked for some, but not all. I wish you luck!

Same issue here, nothing I did has worked permanently. Sometimes it stops temporarily. Anyone got a fix?

I'm having the same issue. Tried all the "fixes" and nothing has worked. I can't play on my laptop using an external monitor at all anymore. I've found making sure steam or chrome isn't open in the background helps some.

Same, annoying when it happens, but it's uncommon. Hopefully someone knows.

I've been having an issue that only popped up in the past 2 weeks. My game will randomly minimize itself at intervals of about 1 minute. Did everything in my power to resolve, from updating drivers, changing windows setting, changing game settings, removing every single game except Helldivers 2, and even uninstalling and reinstalling steam and helldivers. Finally I changed the game to borderless window, and in the 3 minutes of gameplay it didn't minimize, however no it just crashes. I've never had issues with the game even on high settings until now and id love to know what arrowhead did to ruin the game for me.

My game was minimizing on its own all the time too, like every 2-3 minutes. What I did that solved my problem was to change the Display Mode from Fullscreen to Borderless Window. Been playing for 3-4 hours and not a single minimize

You guys should know, that many programs are able to react in front even without a window. That result in go back to desktop for this.

You can see this similar behavior of apps they popup informatiion in a tooltip or window. Some of them are ontop but dont minimize your fullscreen app, other do exact that.

It's not necessarily cause yours, but just have this in mind.

Happens to me in almost every HDR game. I have 2 options, get rid of HDR or play that game in Borderless instead of Fullscreen. Fullscreen + HDR is just messed up for me, no idea why.
