ASUS RoG Ally
Please help! My game crashes almost every time I press “return to ship” at the end of a mission. It’s easy to get back in but quite annoying. Capping my fps at 60 seems to have helped tho.

Is that in-game fps, command center fps or both? I also have the same issue

It did not fix it… lol. I thought it did but it happened again last night.

Having the same issue with my Lenovo Legion Go (same processor z1 extreme as the ROG Ally). I may be wrong but believe it may be driver related. The lenovo drivers were notoriously outdated so I sideloaded the newest 7840u drivers since theyre compatible, and it is still crashing. I had read other thread that it may be .net framework issues, so I turned all those features on in the control panel since they happened to be off.

Yeah I think it’s driver related. Amd has a driver specifically for these issues on the amd website I found out. But probably going to wait for official release. It’s a pain on Z1E if it’s not officially dropped.

Your mileage may vary but, I just had no crashes for 3 matches in a row after changing my steam launch options to use DX11 instead of DX12.

Okay so I saw another fix and gave it a go, but I also updated some amd stuff for the ally using the radeon auto driver update thing so that could also be what affected it. Someone said to turn v sync on, super sampling off and low settings.

I did this but I kept my graphics preset to medium turned off all the things that can be set to off, vsync on, fps limit to 45 and tried one multiplayer game.

And it didn't crash:) so thats something, could be a one off but will probably try later today. Could be the vsync since I've already had low settings and super sampling off before but that did nothing, or it could be the radeon updates

I’ll try the vsync thing! And what Radeon updates have you done? How would I even do that? Only have amd adrenaline
