Stratagems not being equiped properly

I just noticed that my stratagems are not being equiped properly. I can push in all the keys to use, lets say, a shield pack and the game will equip an eagle strike. I could try to get the eagle strike and it could pick the shield pack. I know I press all the correct buttons, I even did it very slowly to be sure but nope, the game keeps equipping the wrong stratagem. Anybody else having this issue? The rest works fine and I have no issues with my keys on my keyboard what so ever. This makes the game unplayable for now.

Once again, check the planetary conditions. One condition is that the Stratagems are randomized and will not call in correctly at that time. This is intended.

LOL. Good to know, me and my team just spent a whole match killing each other with eagle strikes thinking we were throwing down defence turrets XD
