Temporary suspension by uploading an Helldivers 2 clips

Firstly of all I want to sincerely apologize for posting on steam forum for an PlayStation account issue but i have bought Helldivers 2 on Steam and PSN so maybe i can voice an concern here. over the past 24 hours i tried everything to even filing with Sony Ethics department. First suspension ever in my whole decade plus years of Playstation life for uploading a short clip of how hard the helldive difficulty with no intentions but to hopefully to entertain and educate people. Got an the email saying it breached code of conduct and my service and account will be temporary suspended untill 3/03/2024, i am in deep emotionally pain right now as i am a loyal customer and fan. i had been uploading all my video straight from my ps4/ps5 to my youtube channel for years and now out of all videos. I don't even run ads. Now I can't enjoy my favorite game of time- Helldivers 2 for 8 more days. contacted support FAQ and PSN expert live chat to no avil. I just want to make this known so it can gain some publicity of Playstation shady automated suspension system. Seems kind of odd they didn’t provide what part of the service agreement you broke. Nothing stands out to me as problematic.

I guess in theory if it was rapid uploads or spam? But that’s a stretch without more context.
