Ghost-Stimming and Reinforcement not working

Sometimes stimming will play the animation and use a stim, but it won't heal you, even when nothing attacks you. Also reinforcements sometimes don't work and will just not redeploy anyone, no matter how many reinforcements you send.

thats happening to me right now... cant drop or move, but have access to settings and menus... seems to happen when playing with foriegn country players with bad lag

I really think that Arrowhead should only play the sound of you using your Stim if it works or not. I always hear it and no Stim is activated.

Can confirm ghost-stim happens a LOT. At least 3-5 times per run, if not more. Less a problem if I'm lucky or not backed into a corner somehow, but damned annoying. Gotten me killed at least twice today.
