Is the support ticket system at arrowhead even working??
Opened a ticket about two weeks ago because my supercredits got used up for the premium warbond, but it's still locked.
At this point I'm not sure if https://arrowhead.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new is even working because I didn't get any email confirmation after submitting the request.

Did anyone ever get a response from them for these requests?

Same for me, purchased Steeled Veterans Warbong with Supercredits, purchased 2 items with medals and was able to use the revolver for one match after that it was locked again for about a week now and still no fix.
I also opened a Ticked and didn't get any confirmation email...
Feels great to spend money to get nothing. :slimescared:

same here... 2100 super-credits not delivered but payment completed... ticket open since 9 days... no feedback, no actions

No the SQL database is overloaded, they can't keep up with all the requests.

Did you make an account? I didn't get a response until I created an amount using the email address provided.

That said, I've been waiting 4 days since the last response...

No, I've only submitted a request normally.

they do not care. i havnt been able to play multiplayer since the 1st patch and i have sent several tickets with no response. they know multiplayer isnt working for a lot of ppl they just dont care

Turns out you will need to make an account on the Arrowhead website and then open a request. It created a trackable thread for the devs and they fixed my issue.
Sorry that multiplayer has issues for you. So far I haven't had any problems for the last few patches.
