Cant start game in fullscreen

My game for some reason has now started in window mode and I can't switch it to fullscreen. When I choose fullscreen in the settings and try to back out I only get two options either cancel or discard changes which are exactly the same option.

adding -fullscreen to launch also does nothing

what else can try?

Not sure if you figured it out yet, but I ran into the same problem. 'Tab' is the accept changes button that is hidden by the windows bar, try that.
