Load into the ship and can't move

[Toland, the Shattered]

So i've been able to get past the ship loading page and i then see this what looks like a train and a voice saying i've completed my training however i then can not move my character around as it stuck and there are no options for a menu.

I've uninstalled the game, re installed, Re verified all my files. Removed the folder where the anti cheat folder so it can be reinstalled upon launch. however i still get to the same screen and can not move my character.

PC Specs are above what is required and when i did the tutorial it worked perfectly well everything after the tutorial hasn't been great.

Anyone else facing these issue or have a fix?

I have that same experience too. Can't move at the first of the tutorial
