Cant play past Medium Diff

Ive played many medium operations and reset the game as well but it wont update. Im assuming this is a bug?

yep. this is a well known bug by the community. I'm stuck in easy almost one week. There is a channel in official https://discord.com/channels/1102970375731691612/1209890291960520774

you can give about the details of of you account (just follow the other comments) to devs and wait for a update. I have just text them 4 days ago about this problem and still no change. I'm now 15 level and still paying easy and matching with level 2-3 players. This is really annoying and killing the fame experience.

saaame, stuck on easy diff still. almost level 15 i think, really wanting a challenge as im steamrolling the enemies on solo. all of my friends can play on challenging.
and are getting mad medals, but for me its a slogfest to get anything. Illl keep playing but man is it lame
