Can't see my friends ingame

All social functions in the "society" tab do not work for me.

First of all, I don't see any friends. Although on Steam I have friends online and in the game.

Secondly, in the “friends” section it writes to me, for example, “0 online, 2 in game.” How's that?

Thirdly, accordingly, I cannot create my own friend code or join using a friend code from discord chat.

I understand that they fixed the quickplay, but these errors are just some kind of horror.

I had this problem today as well, but my friends were able to join me via steam.

Same issue. Unable to see Steam Friends in game. only able to see them if i added them in-game.

Turn on crossplay if it's off. I'm on pc and that fixed it for me.

There's an in-game friends list a la Darktide where you might have to add your steam friends in game too, or just use the friend list on steam to join and invite. That's what i did, but if it works is another thing especially with servers no saving certain changes atm.

In the lobby go to social and select their name and add to friends. Might be the issue.

Steam friends list might be set to private or friends only in privacy setting. Check if it is, and change it to public.

Social tab worked for me after I changed my setting and restarted my game

Had the same problem. I fixed it when I turned my friends list from, Friends only, to public
