This game melts CPUs and GPUs for some strange reason. It's a bug. Possibly a memory leak, but I cannot confirm.
All I know is, I have over 20 games installed and none of those games overheat my PC. Just Helldivers 2.
Report it to Arrowhead Studios here. It's all we can do:

Sounds like you are not using the in-game frame limiter. Try it and see the CPU temps soar.
Are you using the in-game fps limiter? It increases the temps of your CPU.
Gameguard runs while the game is active, there is no way around it. If you don't want to see it running then the only option is to not play the game.
Lower settings means less work is being off loaded to the GPU. So find that balance where your CPU and GPU are both working hard. If your GPU isn't pushing 90%+ usage during your time playing this game, then up those settings to give it more to do. The 5900x is more than capable of feeding that 3060.
That also requires the refresh rate to be set lower on faster gaming monitors, if the goal for example is to get to 60 fps maximum. And it adds some input lag too, but I guess it's the only way around the hot CPU issue right now.
