Launch ICBM Mission Bug

I just spent 30 minutes on Helldive difficulty completing everything for the Launch ICBM mission only for the terminal to not read one of the hatch levers being opened.

So, we couldn't complete the mission, we couldn't extract, we lose all medals, we lose all samples, and of course, it was the last mission of the 3-part just to add a little more insult. 30 minutes just completely wasted.

Just had the exact thing happen to us. Last of 3 in operation, last objective, and the 1 latch no matter what we tried could not be interacted with (despite appearing in the unlatched state), terminal would not let us proceed, we had no choice but to exit with a 500kg and waste all our time, no medals, lost XP and time, everyone disbanded in disappointment.
