[Bug] Unable to load Shuttle to Extract

So encountered a weird one bug today. Never experienced it before.
Basically we called in the ship, but I guess someone threw a support weapon Stratagem right before it landed and the support weapon pod had not popped up before the shuttle landed. We could see the weapon pod in the ground but could not access it, or destroy it. As a result we couldn't actually extract, we could physically enter the ship but it would not initiate the actual extraction. Eventually the mission timer ran out and the ship took off without us. So while we completed the mission we did not get to extract with our samples etc.

Just had this happen in 2 missions back-to-back. Don't see a lot of people talking about it, but it's incredibly frustrating.

Happened to me yesterday and today. Same thing, a stratagem went off too close to the ship, looks like it caught fire, and then wouldn't let us take off, time ran out and it left us behind (even though we were in the ship).

i can say this bug its real and its very frustrating when you get a lot of objectives and samples and your teams does a great efforts trying to finish the mission all alive. but the pelican just got bugged. they added some kind of damage to the pelican or i dont know. i think the problem here its the last update. where your mechs can get in bad condition at calling them. so i think its a CRITICAL BUG THEY HAVE TO REPAIR THE GAME.

Just had the same thing, 5 super samples, we all got "in" the pelican, but we didn't actually get in it. We were able to run off the ramp and try repeatedly to no avail. Idk if there was a stratagem affecting the ship. Somewhere to report bugs like that?

This bug is still happening. Super sucks to lose out on earned rewards due to a failure on the game's part.

The same thing happened to us, we had a ton of samples and we weren't able to extract. I am hoping they fix this in the near future.

Just had it happen on a 7. Bunch of commons, rares, and the supers, gone because it landed in a fire tornado.
