Try disabling all types of overclocking features that might be enabled in your BIOS & GPU software to see if this helps. If it doesn't, something else is causing it.
If it's not skewed, then you'd be weirdly bottlenecked by various things causing the CPU to not be utilized (drive speed, ram, etc)
2) Applications and games don't usually have the power to overload your computer and fry your CPU, for various reasons. You should really look at your cooling solution, air flow, interior room temp, and other factors that would contribute to your PC overheating.
Well, I think not. Other games run normally.
My CPU is at 60 degrees my GPU at 45-50 when gaming. So cooling ain't an issue here.
What kind of settings this could be? Actually I think I didn‘t change anything there.
