No reward for major orders!? personal order Stuck by 99% ?!

Need some help to understand.
General orders are done with 100% but I still don´t get the reward...
Personal order (kill 100 enemies with the flamethrower), stuck with 99 kills and 99%.
Can someone help?

Well current Major Order says it needs to be 100% completed for both planets when times goes to end, which is 5 days from now or something. You need like keep your dominance over those two planets over that time or recover them till deadline. I'm not sure why the global progress decays so much sometimes, from 100% to like 14%.

Personal Orders are broken right now, most people do not even see them anymore. It was confirmed by Devs.
