Can't join friend, friend can't join me, no matter what

Unfriended and refriended in steam and in game, tried with crossplay both on and off, no matter what I can't play with my friend. Restarted game multiple times, verified install, no luck.
We live in the same city. I have tried everything i possibly could think of, and none of it works. Please help so i can actually play this game.

Same problem.
Everything was fine before the patch. But today I can't join my friends, they can't join me. It also does not join a random game.
All I can do is play missions solo.

personnaly i can join ppl but it's random moments... for one mission after finish they are kicked out of my party

I can't join anything, I can't even start a solo match. I start the cutscene where you get shot out of the ship and then it just shows the cutscene forever with a loading icon in the corner.

I only just realized now that I can't even play solo. I can't play the game at all.

Have same problem. Can't understand is is it my side(client) problem or game servers.
The fact that i am not alone make me think that it is game-servers problem and the best thing is to quit game for several days.

I had a similar problem. Anecdotal evidence, but have one of you queue up a mission on the war map and that suddenly allowed us to invite/join squad. Usually you don't have to do that.

I can play solo... but I'm not sure that the progress is being saved

BUMP because ive had this issue since launch. I can play solo but no coop

I had the same problem the other day, the only way ive gotten around it is my friend just spamming join squad (or whatever its called)
