This has been reported a bit everywhere and was having the same issue so.

Go to \AppData\Roaming\Arrowhead\Helldivers2

Open ''user_settings.config'' with Notepad

Scroll down to async_compute = true

Change it to async_compute = false

Save and make your file read only (right click on file, properties)

Unfortunately it sometimes stops working when you alt tab in and out of the game, but that helps for now.

No its a user config, doesnt affect game files

Also try running in DX11 - put this in helldivers 2 launch box --use-d3d11

My friend says that if my processor is loaded at 70-100%, it is not dangerous at all and won't affect its lifespan as long as the processor temperatures are low. In other words, it should be safe to play games if the temperature is 45-50 degrees (my temperature). Is this true? It's safe?

even if i have 100% cpu loaded

45-50 degrees Celsius is quite low for 100% usage. You have nothing to worry about
