Xbox Wireless Headset Issue with Game Audio
Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing a peculiar issue with my Xbox Wireless Headset. The game audio keeps cutting out and stuttering intermittently, making it quite frustrating to play. I've tried troubleshooting steps like updating and reinstalling drivers, testing the connection via both the wireless adapter and Bluetooth, but unfortunately, none of these efforts have resolved the issue.

What's interesting is that when I switch to other headsets like HyperX (wired) or Steelseries (wireless), everything works perfectly fine. Moreover, this problem seems to be isolated to just this one game. I've tested other titles like Starfield and CitySkylines 2, and they run without any audio issues.

Here's a quick overview of my system specs:

CPU: Intel 6700K
GPU: GTX1080
Motherboard: Z190
RAM: 32GB DDR4

If anyone has encountered a similar problem or has any suggestions on how to fix this issue, I'd greatly appreciate your input. It's quite baffling why this problem persists with only one specific game while other games and headsets work flawlessly.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I have the same problem. I use my Xbox headset and controller on my laptop to play. Sounds is awful unless I plug in and use the headset wired but then I'm tethered to a short leash.

Sup. I had the same problem with razer kaira pro (conntcted via xbox adapter). Turned out the problem was in sound settings. At least for me.
win 10:
-Right click loudspeaker icon on Taskbar
-Sounds
-Ur headset
-Settings
-Spatial Audio
- OFF
Not sure about right translation tho. Sorry about that.
