SSD delivery mission problems?

I've done a couple "deliver the SSD" missions and have run into bugs. One bug was where I've accidentally carried the SSD into water; the SSD goes away and my arms are filled with nothing; my secondary was lost and I couldn't hold another weapon.. It eventually respawned but yeah, interesting bug.
Second mission was to deliver an SSD to the radio control tower to destroy it. We did so and did the strategem to blow the tower up. It didn't blow up; nor was there a way to use a personal strategem to blow up the tower. This wasted 40 minutes of us trying to destroy something that couldn't be.
Is anyone else running into weird SSd delivery bugs?

Just happened to me also, was playing a "Retrieve Valuable Data" mission on Heeth. I accidentally fell into the water while carrying the SSD and it my character bugged out after I climbed out of the water. The SSD teleported all the way back to it's spawn box on the other side of the map. Wasted like 10 minutes running back to get it.
