So the cause is most likely the GameGuard anticheat software that always runs when the game is running. The solution in your case is to close the Gigabyte Control Center when you plan to play Helldivers 2.
As soon as I dropped to Native it went back down to like 50-60% load. I am wondering if also Supersampling is causing the card to overheat?
I can run something like Cyberpunk 2077 with 4k upscale mods hitting 97% of max memory, but the overall load is lower and it runs great. Hmm... interesting.
So I am thinking GCC, and/or something else... tough to nail down 100%
