SMG-37 Defender + Stims = ...hug?

Not sure if it's the Defender, the Ballistic Shield backpack, the combination or what. Went to use a stim and instead of letting me use the Defender, I went into an arms-open animation and could not exit it unless I switched weapons to secondary, then back to primary. Very odd. I was not able to capture it at all, but it did recreate after picking up the SSSD for the mission. Thought I would pop a mention of it in here.
