Ballistic shield t-pose.

Equip the ballistic shield and use a one handed gun (I used the secondary pistol smg). When you use a stim you go into a t-pose and can't aim properly or put the shield in front of you, until you switch weapons and then switch back.

Here is a video, jump to the 20 second mark and see that I go into t-pose then have to switch to primary weapon and back again before the character returns to a normal stance. I can even crawl around prone with the upper body looking wrong https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LINigr3gpcA
