Can't use gyro-aim on controller

I have enabled it in the options menu, I have made sure its on in steam as well and it detects gyro but no matter what it just never works.

I have used Gullikit King Kong 2 in all modes and even tried a Dualsense controller but nothing works, anyone else encountered this as well?
