Fps is divided by half on intel arc

Thank you all for your attention to my problem. I have an Intel NUC laptop with an i7 12700H processor and an Intel Arc 550M graphics card. For some reason, no matter what graphics and upscaling settings I use, the frame rate in the hub does not exceed 65 FPS, and during missions, it drops to 30-35 FPS. I have the latest driver installed, and it seems that after its installation, the game started working even worse. Currently, I'm playing in DirectX 11 mode, as it seems more stable.

I want to note that other guys with a 1050Ti can easily get 100+ FPS through upscaling or a stable 60 FPS in native resolution on low settings. My graphics card is closer to the 3060...

yeah man i got a arc 770 and imp getting like 34 frames average like a week ago i was getting 60 on high/ultra
