Mic stops working in both Discord and HD2 when HD2 is launched

I use an audio interface and ASIO Link pro for my microphone routing. When I'm in voice chat in discord and launch HD2 it causes the mic to stop working both in Discord and in game, despite everything looking fine on my hardware, ASIO Link, and in the DAW. at the end point there is just no mic audio.

I tried disabling exclusive mic usage, I tried setting my default audio input to some other device besides the ASIO link one (so i could use my discord audio and have no input in game), that didnt make a difference either. Not sure what is causing the issue since this setup works with virtually every other game I play.

Ive seen posts on reddit of other people having the same issue that use ASIO routing for their mics. Any help would be appreciated.

There doesn't seem to be a way around it yet. The game seems to kill the asiolink driver. It's either the way it handles audio or the anti-cheat. I hope it gets fixed
