Not receiving medals for completing orders

I participated in the liberation of Tien Kwan, and a previous order to liberate Angels and the other planets previously, but have gotten zero medals for helping in the orders.

Shouldn't i be getting the Rewards from these?

server problem, you will have to wait for Dev's to figure it out
as in you can keep playing and getting Medals, resources etc. but they won't show up right now

Same with the defense of Heeth/Angel's Venture and Tien Kwan. Haven't recieved the medals for either.

Their system that processes transactions seems to be really bogged down (lots of people buying full-metal Democracy) so that may be part of the problem. But it's been a few days you'd think it'd be caught up by now on giving out the community rewards.... =\

I haven't got the medals from the last two Genaral Orders yet either... and I was there and did the missions.

My personal order is also bugged and although I killed two titans only one was credited and then the order expired...

110 medals just gone... frustrating.

update: got 45 for Angels and Heeth, so now its just way less frutrating, thanks ;)

I feel you guys on all accounts, it's a little silly, but I understand they are running into hiccups. Just hoping it gets corrected soon

Still haven't gotten my Major Order medals, friends got them already, I still get medals from completing missions, but never got my 50 from Tien Kwan. :/

Yeah, same here. read on reddit that swapping planets back and forth, or completing missions might help to resolve the bug, didn't for me though.

There was a delay for me last time, but the delay feels longer this time around.

Have the same issue with the current order. The bots are no more and we are halfway towards completing the next order and no medals. But the previous 2 were delayed for me as well. So I guess we can just wait. Wait for the medals, and wait for a fix for the delays.

Had about the same issue. I was playing on the last world that needed to be liberated for the major order the planet was about 99% complete. Game crashed I submitted the crash ticket that popped up and logged back in to the game when I got in the planet was liberated the major order was complete and I did not get the reward for it. This was about 2 pm EDT 4/7/2024. I went to work last night came home and logged in and i still haven't seen the reward.

The major order still had 19 hours in the timer when we completed it
Medals are given when the timer expires, even if the order is completed early
