BUG - When drowning in water there is a chance you cannot respawn

Happened to me now, I tried wading through water that was just a smidgen too deep, kind of died, but I still had a few pixels of health left.

I was now spectating other players but I could not get reinforced, forcing me to wait helplessly in the water. Funny enough my squadmate died and there was noone able to reinforce but we didn't fail the mission, he didn't get respawned automatically since for some reason the game didn't 100% think I was dead.

Thankfully another player joined the game, was able to reinforce my squadmate and then a grenade was launched on my drowned corpse, killing me properly as was intended from the beginning. After this I was able to get reinforced and continued to play normally.

same thing happened to me. tried to swim started drowning. Press V to use stim message. But cannot go anywhere. Was able to observe other players. Nit able to respawn
