Bile Titan kill not counting

I have the personal task of killing 2 bile titans so I headed into a mission, alone, to kill one. I went in, killed the only bile titan on the map and extracted but the kill didn't count, it's still 0/2 instead of 1/2.
I happened to stumble upon an artilliery piece on my way to the titan, loaded it with a mini nuke and called it directly on the titan, killing it instantly.

So I was the only one there, killed it with a strike... why didn't it count? Is it because the kill needs to be made with a certain weapon or stratagem?

This is just one of the many problems that I've experienced in the game but it's the latest and one that I think may not be a bug.

I've killed a Bile Titan with the mini nuke before and it didn't count for the "Kill a Bile Titan" achievement, pretty sure it needs to be one of your stratagems etc. to count for this one too.

I finished it ok, but 2 friends I play with - we killed like 6-7 of them already and only 1 counted. It is getting pretty annoying.

Same. Killed at least 4 so far. Only one counted. Killing blow was a shotgun to the face… but I hit it with other strategems first. Sooooo don’t know?

Same here. First Bile Titan counted towards the Personal Order, but I didn't get the achievement. Second one didn't count towards either, even though the mission was completed.
