How to lower CPU GPU temps when playing Helldivers 2 (i9 14900k, Nvidia 4070Ti)
First, I want to just say that this is a software issue in the game and not an AIO system failure. I am not in anyway with the gaming company so this is just what helped me fix my pc and my friends pc's. We all carry intel so this might work for amd but no promises. If you want to post a tutorial on how to fix this through youtube or any other streaming type please feel free to do so.

If you have a monitoring software like nzxt cam it makes it easier but if not just listen to your pc. If its running harder than it does on other games or if you have a CPU temp gauge on your motherboard then watch that.

(FIRST) Start the game and go into options.

(SECOND) Revert the display and graphic settings. Hopefully this will fix the higher temp issue. If not Ill continue in what else I did to resolve the issue.

(THIRD) Make sure the FPS limiter is turned OFF, yes turn this off. For some reason when this is enabled it makes the CPU cooling fans and power consumption to max out causing higher temps. I control my FPS through Nvidia graphic settings; not in the game, but I have been able to run 120FPS and ultra graphics with my temps holding normal.

(FOURTH) Render scale, now I was able to move this back to ultra quality after turning off fps limiter.
NOTE: Before I turned off the fps limiter I discovered moving the graphic scale to the right lowered my CPU temp but raised my GPU temp. This also lowered my fps to 30-40.

I use nzxt cam to monitor my pc stats/temps while fine tuning the other settings. When you do this tweak ONE thing at a time. Adjust one thing then look at your data and then look to see if you like how the graphics look. If you want your GPU temp lower then you can either lower the render scale to the left which will increase your CPU temp by like 1-2c. Or lower your FPS in the Nvida control panel not the game fps limiter.

My Settings: This may or may not work on your pc just depends on your setup.
Resolution 3840x2160, Render scale quality, Display Mode Fullscreen, Framerate Limit OFF, V-Sync on.
On the graphics im just gonna list my settings so just go from the top to the bottom with these: custom, 100, off, on, 0.75, ultra, high, ultra, medium, high, high, low, on, on, high, high, medium, medium, medium, on. And thats it, hope this helps keep your pc running cool.
