CTRL button not working

Been finding recently that when i begin missions i cannot use stratagems at all because the CTRL button just decides to stop working.

I have to hard reset however many times (its random) until the game just decides to allow the key to work.

Is this a thing for others?

Yes. I've seen it reported elsewhere too. In my case restarting the game seems to fix it. I have a suspicion that it may be related to alt-tabbing, but I'm not sure.
