Random Crashes and missing files

So now my game "loses" a file when ever I play. I can play maybe 1 or 2 missions and after that I crash. When I check integrity of the installation I'm always missing a file.
I have reinstalled the game several times and even on different harddrives just to be sure.
Any tips on how to fix this?

The game crash for everyone I guess, I also always have 1 missing file when checking integrity ... the game is almost unplayable for me right now.

It's super strange.
But after another reinstall of the game I managed to play 3 games in a row and no crash. So it's super random.

I had a hard crash/auto restart right before extraction, now the game crashes a couple of seconds after joining someone else's ship.

Edit: great, now It BSOD while verifying file integrity
