having that on always causes me issues
Heard the in game settings are buggy.
I will admit i'm more impressed you can run this game fast enough without a CTD or BSOD considering i had to reduce my max frequency by 30%, put a 10% higher floor to the freq, and set power modifier to -3, most setting on only high, and a hard cap in game of 60 FPS (well below screen tearing range in my system). Power and freq mods were done in adrenaline to clean up crashes for good on my 7900 XTX. This game for whatever reason HATES my GPU. I set up a game profile so i don't have to manually adjust every time at launch or swapping to another game.
If you have an AMD GPU you can goto their website and download adrenaline (not too sure about the spelling but you'll find it). This is what I use for my 5700xt AMD GPU.
Nvidia has their own program if you has their GPU.
Vsync was not available until recently but now they do have it.
