no helldivers joining my game when someone leaves after lobby being full

I have an issue where when I start a mission and get a full lobby and play the first mission (out of two) and someone leaves after that. I start the second mission, go in with whoever didn't leave but nobody joins my game even with SOS. I just had it the last game, 2 people left after 1st mission, we did 2nd mission duo, I placed the SOS right at the start. 2 more helldivers joined after 20 minutes when we almost finished the mission :/.. EZ reward for them I guess.....

For now, a restart fixes this. The game restarts fast.

yeah I timed mine, 33 seconds and i was back on my ship ready for a new mission

Yeah but do you start a new mission set if you restart the game? I want to play the second mission for 5 medals (difficulty: 4) instead of doing the first mission again for 3 medals.

and also the problem occurs when someone leaves when the mission is ongoing, I start with 4 helldivers, 1 leaves after like 5/10 minutes, then I have to finish as 3, nobody joins then.

I have the same issue. Super annoying. Like others have said, a restart fixes it. And no, you don't start a new operation that way - progress is saved.

Hi, me and my buddies are also stuck into this bug, we can't join trough social or steam. We tried pretty much everything.

I have the exact same issue. I start a mission and my lobby gets full in few seconds. But after somebody leaves nobody seems to join till i restart the game. Problem is the issue doesnt happen everytime, sometimes people seem to be able to join just normal so i cant recreate what causes this bug...
I hate those issues because it makes troubleshooting much more difficult

its happening all the time, if someone got kicked or leave the game nobody joins, even if we use SOS

Yes, and it makes the game literally unplayable. Hope for a fix and the devs actully being aware of this game breaking issue

Yeah this is a very old bug. It should have been squashed allready before this update, now it is back. Same for connection problem to other helldivers or joining other helldivers in running missions.
