1070 Ti, latest driver.
Disabling HUD opacity or Global Illumination didn't help.
What did help is using Options > Graphics > Graphics Preset > Medium.
May be the game bugs out when you change individual settings. Possibly some settings are incompatible with other ones.
Ah and also the Options > Display > Render Scale is set to Native. Not sure if it matters.
Graphics Preset > High helps better.
