Nprotect Gameguard not updating

Nprotect Gameguard is not updating. Tried turning off firewall and clicked around 20 times on retry and nothing happens. Restart also didnt help.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Edit: fixed the issue by disabling IPv6.

Yes. I was able to get around it once by uninstalling and reinstalling on my second hard drive. Let me play for another 8 or so hours before the same bug has stopped me from playing for a couple days since. Can't repeat my fix unless I get a third hard drive because the uninstall's aren't clean.

Yeah, seems to be happening to a lot of people including me. Either wait it out OR go to your Helldivers 2 installation directory and delete the GameGuard folder. When you next start Helldivers GameGuard will be redownloaded and it worked in my case.

It seems to be really intermittent. You just have to try, try again. All solutions are just snake oil. Had the issue again, followed my own advice, didn't help at first but after a few retries it did.

Necroposting but I have a new avenue that everybody can investigate:

Check if you are using a Killer Network adapter (very popular among gaming machines), if so, start the Killer Intelligence Center and turn off the Prioritization Engine and Auto Bandwidth.

As always, Killer hardware is good, their software is utter trash. I wasn't only getting GameGuard errors, I had problems connecting to ANYTHING using SSL including Cargo repos, GitHub, PowerShell Gallery etc. and it was driving me nuts.
Some deep, deep research finally yielded this result that fixed the problem in my case. Re-check the setting whenever there's a new Killer Software update since they like to revert it to the default. Never trust anybody to have some sort of magic software optimization algorithms for hardware challenges. ;)

ATTENTION! If disabling IPv6 dont work for you, try use VPN. Works for me.

Just now I am also having this issue. I get error 350 and tried everything there is but still can't get it to update or start the game. And the worst thing is I played it I the morning and was working fine. But now I get the error.

Yup. I'm guessing Gameguard servers are acting up or something. Tried the IPv6 and deleting folder thing, neither worked.

having same issue cant play because of this n protect thingy, im not tech savvy so finding a weird solution is not realistic for me lol

I am having the same issues. I have opened the files map and set it to "allow all" when clicking on settings. Does anybody know if the devs know of this issue, it is really killing my vibe
