Cannot redeem Twitch drop

I tried to redeem the code from the gloryforsuperearth website on steam but it said the code has already been redeemed by another account, I've also checked and I don't have the armor skin in-game.

I'm having this same issue... also my steam and twitch accounts are linked to each other so I'm not sure how that could happen.

Same here, code says "Already Claimed" when I try to use it

Same here I contacted Arrowhead who advised contact Sony since it's Sony's twitch drop event, and Sony support says contact steam since it's not a PSN code.

Same, I tried to message twitch support but all they said was make sure your account is connected. That's not the problem tho, they sent us a duplicate key. They was not helpful.
