WTF is server request failed error code -1 and how can i fix it?

I crashed during the start of the tutorial and now I can't even get to the menu. What happened and how can it be fixed? I verified files and nothing seems to work.

Exit out of steam completely. That seems to work for some people.

After looking over known issues. It basically means the server is full. They are working on expanding..

I tried restarting steam, uninstalling and reinstalling the anticheat program, and also verifying game files. Nothing seems to work.

brute force works, spam queue till the server does it's ♥♥♥♥.
