"NSIS Error. Error writing temporary file" crash

I'm suffering from this kind of crashes:
"NSIS Error. Error writing temporary file Make sure your temp folder is valid"
Every now and then it happens randomply.
Does anyone has this kind of problem? Maybe a fix?

that's strange. Helldivers 2 is the only app on my PC ever that gave me such an error. I've tried fixes from the internet - not helping

Could be a driver problem. Have you tried reinstalling them? Alternatively, try reinstalling the game.

It seems like it is a driver problem. I have rx 7800 xt radeon GPU, so, there are a lot of issues with these card right now

Y'know, I figured it was a Radeon thing, 'cause Radeon uses NSIS for their installers.

Driver problems and Radeon cards, name a more iconic duo. I appreciate 'em, used 'em exclusively until pretty recently, but they've never had good drivers. To the point that there were always 3rd party modded drivers that worked better back in the day.

I hope the devs can iron it out soon, there's a whole bunch of people who should be enjoying the game right now but can't.

Hey man, I had the same issue. I deinstalled the AMD driver with DDU and reinstalled it using execute as administrator. I played 4 games in a row now without crashing (Gobal Illumination turned off, AA on). Hope this helps you.

Also I noticed, when i change any settings in the performance configuration it crashes again. Best of luck man.
