Cant unlock new difficulties

So, somehow I cant unlock medium difficulty after completing 10+ missions on easy, i have to rely on my friends to play any other difficulty level. How can I fix it without reseting an account?

same here, I can't unlock hard mode. The reason seems like the host changed the difficuty, which is higher than my unlocked one, after my join, then it bugged.

I believe its a little different for me, at the start i havent joined any matches (not because i couldnt, but because i didnt wanted to) so i started solo mission on trivial difficulty, then my game lost conection (while loading a level) and i got achivement "play 1 mission with bugs"
Then i saw i have an easy difficulty unlocked.

So there is that, i think its somehow affected my game.

Same here ... finished almost 20 missions on hard, but extreme is still unlocked for me, it's bugged

Depending on difficulty it will have more than one task/mission to do. For example, I only just realized that medium and up require 2 missions in one area to unlock the next difficulty.

I got around this by just starting my own games and other people joined in

Difficulties are unlocked only when you are hosting the match.
Is that the case for you?

I've played solo, duo, even quad team while hosting, sadly nothing worked so far.

I am stuck with hard being the highest difficulty I can play. Terribly annoying because I cant get the rarest samples locked by the higher difficulties, and the game feels far too easy now. I have tried everything to unlock the next difficulty, but nothing works (solo, join another's game, host a game)

Please don't keep advising to "finish" missions to unlock the difficulties. This issue had already listed in the official "known problems" thread.

There's only 1 mission in the "easy difficulty", and I'm now stucking in easy tried every combination and still can't unlock the next level.

Can't get any orange sample nor kill the specific harder enemies requested by daily orders. Also made me looked like an odd player who joining easy missions almost lv20. I believe our cloud save got corrupted when the servers were unstable, or just provide an option like hd1 so we can reset the difficulty progress by ourselves.

Same thing here, I played a lvl 5 today again but with a friend this time, he unlocked lvl 6 after we finished but I again didn't. So I just join him for the lvl 6 for now.

I unlocked Impossible after 5 games in (I was at hard), because i joined a random game
