i am using a logitech G910. It´s a german keyboard (qwertz). The input for a stratagem isnt a problem.
i dont know if it helps, if i press E, the console open, when i m pressing A.S,D,W the game show at the console the button i pressed AND the character moves a little bit. i think the console closed, because i moved.
Work Around: I play with keyboard, if i have to enter a console sequence, i take my xbox controller and use the D-Pad. thats work fine.
Could you make a support ticket through our website so we can look into it?

i have to share my email adress to create a ticket, no way.
plz copy and paste my text yourself to a ticket, thank you.
My keyboard is a Steelseries Apex Pro
i assume this is caused by the difference in input... for controller its hold button then input directions, but for keyboard its press once then input directions.
I use a pretty standard desktop COMPAQ keyboard (French/AZERTY), USB connected. I would have been surprised if a driver conflict or such was responsible for the issue the OP described. Disconnected my controller however, and it seems to have worked.
Mind you it was not instant: I forgot to unplug it before launching the game, played the tutorial until the screendial section (flag), only to see that the bug persisted because the controller was still plugged. HOWEVER: unplugging it on the spot did not solve the issue on this instance, the bug persisted. I quit the game and relaunched it without the controller, got back to the same sport, and then the screendialling looked like it worked as intended. Maybe just reinitiating the mission after having unplugged the controller would've done the trick, but I wouldn't know.
Bottom line is: yes, having a controller plugged in seems to somehow create a conflict when dialling on consoles with a keyboard. Yes, unplugging it seems to do the trick, but this does not seem to work "on the fly". Be mindful of it when your launch your game, then.
I hope this helps users, and can help the team in solving this problem as well.
Maybe instead of adding Youtubable features you could add a real keyboard support like any game have? this is a realy gamebreaking issue, that i have SINCE LAUNCH, i can't play alone and if im the last Helldiver alive im stuck and can't do anything. thx
