Is it better than the minimum specs? "Intel Core i7-4790K or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X" As far as I can tell pretty much every CPU released after 2012 should support AVX

There is NO solution for CPUs without said instruction and such incompatible..

The only one is to buy a new rig, because you CANT add cpu instructions to a CPU.

Yeah but partially.... Just getting a different CPU for the same rig (platform), doesn't works if the CPU series doesn't have AVX.. you'll need a completely new rig for that.
