Liberator Concussive needs...something!
At the moment, we have a: Concussive Rifle, Concussive SMG and a Flashbang Shotgun...and somehow the rifle is so much worse then the rest that it's not even worth remembering.

Giving the concussive Liberator drum magazines was a cool idea, which did not adress it's problems.

It has the lowest damage of all the rifles. Penetrator used to be significantly lower, now it's only a 5 point difference and it gets, a higher magnifaction scope and medium armour pen.
Meanwhile Concussive, compared to standard Liberator: loses a magnified scope, looses fire rate, looses damage per bullet, kicks your shoulder harder then it kicks it's targets, eventually received drum mags...so it can hold more of it's weaker then 9mm ''rifle'' rounds.
Yes, SMG Pummeller somehow does 5 more damage per bullet, hek SMG Defender does same damage as standard Liberator now. What?!

I am aware we have a lot of funny satire around here, after all the Breaker Spray&Pray is said to be loaded with birdshot...so what's Liberator Concussive chambered in? .22lr? With less powder and a fancy tip that claims to cause concussions? Somehow I am left feeling a paintball gun with pepperballs will do a better job *sigh*

Why does it have just a red dot anyway? Was under the impression that scopes were standard issue for Liberators.

libconc is just a better pummeler rn
the stun on pummeler doesnt matter because it takes 5+ shots to build up on mere mediums and lasts for less than 2 seconds. you're just bringing in a worse defender
every hit with libconc is hard stagger
it's also got the most durable damage of the light APs with 30 durable
most recent buff gave it a similar firerate to smgs (400rpm)

Too much recoil, followup shots are impossible, less so than when the ROF was in the 300s but it still kicks way too much for how little damage it does. The damage is now less than the base Liberator and it's just a stagger weapon, pure util, the SMG has a higher ROF and is more controllable AND does more damage.

The 60 rounds was great and all but it still does nearly no damage and has zero AP so, unlike the Lib Pen. it can't even deal with medium armor threats.

Increase the ROF to 500, bump the damage up and drastically lower the recoil so that you CAN actually burst or full auto onto a heavy or medium and keep him staggered.

something something skill issue, the spread is a bigger problem than its recoil
AND pummeler stun is still pointless AND pummeler is still just a worse defender

enemies in this game aren't just single hitbox single armor value. All mediums have lethal light AP weakspots.
