how do i kick someone
kick someone out of the super destroyer, so they can take a "space walk"

You could ask them to "face the shuttle" and proceed to Sparta kick them off the elevator; see if that does anything.

press escape, there's a list of players, click traitor, kick traitor.

Did they not literally patch this and state in the patch notes specifically they patched this or am I insane

They stated specifically that is MEDIUM priority... as in known UNRESOLVED issue.
