This is the black box mission and you can see the black box in the receptacle

Apparently try to pluggin and plug out any controllers you have to fix the problem and put deadzone to map on keyboard settings. I heard it fixes the issue doing that but it shouldn't be an issue to be begin with and the worst it might not even work.

I've had the same bug twice.

It's borked, sometimes it just doesn't register.

I've literally had this exact issue every single time I've tried to complete that mission, and because it's a main one you can't extract without doing it. Also had similar issues with the SSD missions from months ago. I don't know how they haven't caught this bug if it's really this prominent.

I get this when trying to extract also. I need to trial and error my way through the sequence :\
