Whats your thoughts on the Illuminate fellow divers?
They're cool, and fun to fight.... BBUUTT, I feel like their HP and numbers need to be brought down jjuusstt a bit. I feel like the voteless spawn a lil too much and the illuminate themselves tank a bit too much damage, and hitting their head is pretty much an instant kill, the pressure from the constant swarms of voteless gives little time to actually aim for the heads as it is. I dunno, thats just my experience while solo diving them, still neat to have back overall and dope to fight. What about yall?

I have fun mowing them down with stalwart. We need more variety first. Overall ok faction, just needs more time to polish

They're OK but pathing in urban areas can sometimes be pretty janky. Will have to see how they play on other planets first. They also seem to be missing a few units like dedicated flying units or a hulk / charger equivalent as well as a factory strider / impaler.

So while the first impression is good, AH still has a lot of room to mess them up with those missing unit types.

Well they need to polish quick because game is dying and Illuminate have been in the game files since launch models and everything vehicles the works they've had more than enough time to "polish" like you say.

Overall gameplay is totally fine to me, prolly need some time to learn their behavior and whatnot. But one thing that bothering me is the performance issue that comes with the new update. Every time I'm inside a city, my frame would significantly dropped

Fun to fight, especially with all the Voteless. It needs more variety but I'm still hoping that I can get away with light armor pen weapons

I don't know, the illuminate do seem pretty tanky for my liking, but its balanced by the fact they seem like absolutely awful shots. Move any direction that's not straight towards them and they can't hit you for ♥♥♥♥.

It's not like devastators where you have to kill it this second or it will kill your entire team with pinpoint fire, you can actually take a moment when fighting them.

Right now they seem almost easy. Of course, once they start getting new units, thats gonna change quick.

Like others have mentioned, they are incomplete.
In this current composition they are quite easy albeit buggy opponent.

All of their units are quite the bullet sponges but the rather impressive armor of the overseers does make you want to bring something decently hefty with you.

I usually use the senator, from the Steel Veterans warbond, a single well placed shot to the head and they crumble. THOUGH, I will say I don't think its the best weapon for it, not a lot of shots if you miss.

I've been using MG since they dropped the squids. been using melee secondary always to deal with the voteless, I guess I'll try some DMRs on them, these overseers feel really spongy and there's no visual weakpoints

They need somes tweak. They're fun, nothing like bugs or bot, you can't always be on the move like bugs, but you can't stay grounded on cover like bot.

But at the same time it's annoying, the moment they're aggroed by you, you have to clean up and move fast, because once they swarm you, they're worse than bugs (overseer can lock you on ground with his melee attack, it's a two/three shot even in heavy, si if they're 2 or a swarm of voteless...)

I also feel they're been tweaked to counter our habits. Rocket luncher and such ? Not as good on them it was on other faction. Drop ? Not worsth trying to kill, too tanky, too fast to drop.

Still I have a blast, my only fear is the impact it'll have on other front, since liberation and defense campaign are based on population %, right now, you'd need like ~30000 diver just to defend Gatria and win. If the novelty make players stay on squids, others fronts will be virtualy unbeatable

I think the health is fine in current numbers. Even on higher difficulties, the higher HP targets come in smallish groups, like a third the number of bot Devastators that spawn. I feel we just have to fathom them as very "elite".

have you seen the 6 overseer drop? the triple harvesters? things get crazy sometimes

Feels fine. I actually like that they force you to rethink your loadout, as opposed to "bring RR and click big stuff".
