How do i unlock the car strategem

i dont see it in warbond nor do i see it in strategem section of ship manager

No that's the skin, the actual stratagem is not yet available. will probably be the next MO.

Stop walking in circles to try and justify your wrong claims, you claimed it is not a strategem and it randomly appears on the map.

Both statements are wrong, since the car is not yet available and is indeed a vehicle stratagem same as the mech.

You can't unlock it in the stratagem menu, meaning that it is not a currently available stratagem.
You can only find it randomly appearing on the map.

The skin being available in the warbond saying its for a stratagem doesn't make the actual stratagem more available to people as of this moment.

It will be a strategem, they just haven't added it to the ships menu yet. Find the car in the new city map, there should always be one somewhere.
